George Galindo RIP - When I received this art design from my great friend George I was so shocked I opened the envelope it was in by itself and immediately threw it down on the table in front of me as if it was cursed or something. It was just wrong to see the beloved Virgin Protectoress of Prisoners, the entire Chicano movement and then I realized the powerful message she could carry. She was there to protect us as always, And I fell in love with her. She has had to bear arms in order to go to war for her children and that is all of us, against the guns on the streets, prison sentences, innocent deaths and all things wrong not with her but with society and the brutality that has evolved.

Galindo's mind saw the pain and the reality of the world and for that I treasure all pieces he created for me, for Bajito Onda Sacred Outreach to the Soldiers and Survivors in the streets of the world against us.
